Inkwave is a new stationery brand created to inspire creativity and provide premium, stylish, and versatile products for both individuals and professionals. The strategy centred on building a strong brand identity and campaign foundation by developing a clear positioning statement, defining key messages, theme, and brand voice, and outlining a creative strategy tailored to the brand’s values and audience. This included the introduction of innovative engagement tactics such as the #InkYourImagination TikTok challenge, Instagram collaborations with influencers, tips and tricks content on Facebook, and interactive in-store advertising experiences, as well as the implementation of loyalty programs and personalized gift boxes to strengthen customer connections. By combining these elements, the strategy achieved a roadmap that not only differentiates Inkwave from its competitors but also enhances brand awareness, drives customer engagement across multiple touchpoints, and builds the basis for sustainable growth and long-term customer loyalty in a competitive stationery market.
