Well, is a wellness-inspired water bottle brand that blends hydration with calm and emotional connection. Featuring a glowing object nightlight inside and thoughtful packaging with themed story cards, the product transforms a simple routine into an experience. The strategy used the Design Thinking process to create a human-centred social media campaign that resonates with user’s lifestyle that reflects the values of wellness. This included empathy mapping, persona development, defining the problem, and selecting platforms that would effectively reach and engage the target audience. Through the integration of storytelling content, and platform-specific tactics, the strategy built a strong emotional connection with users while enhancing the product’s lifestyle appeal. The campaign ensured a cohesive brand identity and a marketing approach aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and positioning Well as both a functional product and an essential part of daily wellness routines.
