Glowtique is a South African beauty brand created to promote inclusivity, self-expression, and confidence through ethical and accessible makeup. The strategy focused on developing a comprehensive communications and crisis communication plan to establish the brand’s credibility and resilience in a competitive beauty market. This included creating brand messaging, social media communication guidelines, and influencer collaboration strategies to build trust and transparency with audiences. Through the process, the strategy demonstrated how effective communication and influencer partnerships can strengthen brand reputation, drive engagement, and maintain consumer confidence during potential crises. The project showcased how a well-structured communications framework can protect a new brand while building long-term relationships with its audience.
